WHERE TO GO:
Park in the Healthy Start parking lot, bring in your water bottle for Cindy to fill with her CR7 hydration, and head across the road to the Opportunity Services lawn for the stretch session! Don't forget to grab your included shake or mega energy drink to go after the stretch!
WHAT TO BRING:
Water bottle (or purchase a Simply Stretch water bottle when you get there!)
Comfortable clothing to stretch in
$15 payment due upon arrival in Healthy Start for drink and stretch session
